These terms apply to kybers.ca and every page on it. The site is run by Kyber Solutions Inc. from Vancouver, British Columbia. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who May Use the Site
The site is for people looking at Bolt for a business, and for anyone buying a part from a yard's Bolt storefront. You may read it, link to it and get in touch with us. If you contact us for a company, you must be allowed to speak for it.
2. What You May Not Do
Do not scrape the site or collect data from it by any automated means. Do not try to break into it, overload it, probe its security, or interfere with anyone else using it. Do not copy or republish our text, images, video, logos or code, or use the Kyber or Bolt names as your own. Everything on the site is ours or licensed to us. We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Demo Bookings and Sign-Up Forms
When you book a demo or send us a form, we collect the details you put in it. We use them to reply, to arrange the demo and to send you updates you asked for. We do not sell them. To correct or delete them, email [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
4. No Warranty on Site Content
We work to keep the site accurate, but we give no warranty on it. Prices, features and dates here are for information and can change. Anything described as coming is not a promise that it will arrive. Where the site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement counts.
5. Bolt Is Governed by Its Own Agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell Bolt, and these terms do not govern the service. A yard gets Bolt by signing the Bolt Master Subscription Agreement electronically, usually inside the Bolt signup, and paying by card. That agreement, with its Order Form and the Service Level Agreement, is the whole agreement for Bolt. Plans, prices, credits, support, uptime and customer data are dealt with there, not here.
6. Yard Storefronts and the Marketplace
These terms also cover each yard's Bolt storefront and our marketplace, wherever they are hosted.
Every part is sold by the yard named on the page, not by Kyber. Your contract is with that yard. We provide the software: we are not the seller, and not a party, agent, broker or guarantor.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a part's quality, condition, safety, fitment, description, price, availability, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty or taxes. Take any claim about a part to the yard that sold it. We never receive, hold, forward or refund sale money. Every storefront links to these terms from its footer.
7. Links to Other Sites
This site links to sites we do not run. We do not control or check them, and we are not responsible for what they contain or do.
8. Limitation of Liability for the Site
We are not liable for any loss you suffer from using this site or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud or injury we cause. Our liability for Bolt is set in the Bolt Master Subscription Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts in Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The terms on this page are the ones that apply, and the date at the top says when they took effect. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
