Kyber Solutions Inc. is a corporation headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Scope - important: This notice applies exclusively to the email sign-up form on kybers.ca. It covers only the collection of your name and email address for the purpose of receiving product launch updates. It does not apply to any Kyber Solutions product, platform, service, or customer relationship, present or future. A separate, comprehensive privacy policy will govern those interactions and will be published before any Kyber Solutions product is made generally available.
Governing law: As a British Columbia corporation, Kyber Solutions operates under the Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA) for domestic operations and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for cross-border data transfers - including the transfer of your data to our email delivery provider in the United States. We also comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for all commercial email communications.

2. What We Collect and Why
When you submit our sign-up form, we collect your name and email address. We collect nothing else.
We use this information solely to send you product launch updates and announcements. We only email you if you explicitly checked the consent box on the sign-up form. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
3. Who Stores Your Data
Your name and email are processed and stored by our third-party email delivery provider on servers located in the United States. This provider is SOC 2 Type II certified and operates under a Data Processing Agreement with Kyber Solutions. By submitting the form you acknowledge this transfer.
Kyber Solutions does not sell, share, or disclose your information to any other third party.
4. Retention and Your Rights
Your data is not automatically deleted. We only remove it when you explicitly request it - via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Under BC PIPA and PIPEDA you also have the right to access or correct your information at any time.

5. Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca or call 1-800-282-1376.
